Abhinav is an Advocate and Registered Indian Patent Agent with a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation from Kurukshetra University, LL.B. from Delhi University and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Rights from King’s College London. His experience includes advising organisations on exploiting and protecting their intellectual property, portfolio creation and maintenance, ownership and valuation.

Abhinav files and prosecutes patent, design and trademark applications in India and other jurisdictions, conducts prior art searches, trademark searches, invalidity and Freedom to Operate (FTO) searches, infringement analyses, technology due diligence, technology, and patents landscaping. In these areas, he has closely interacted with MSMEs, patent attorneys, independent inventors, entrepreneurs, and corporate organisations.
